Frequently asked questions

When do I get access?

Payment via PayPal - Immediate access once payment has been made.

Payment via alternative methods - This requires manual access to the course. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for course access to be granted

I didn't receive the registration email, what do i do?

Check your spam folder / junk mail. If you still cannot locate it, send an email to help@financefit4kids.com

Is the content region-specific?

No, the course is not geographically limited. While we cover key regions (USA, UK, South Africa, and Europe) with specific examples, the core concepts are explained universally using a fictional currency (clads and cloots).

For children outside these regions, we provide a worksheet where they can apply their own country’s information. Parents can choose to:

- Explore all regional examples to enhance global understanding.

- Focus only on their specific region.

- Use the universal concepts and encourage children to research their local equivalent.

This flexible approach ensures all children can relate to and apply the learning effectively

How can I get early bird specials on new courses?

Deals and special`s will be communicated via email, so be sure to sign up. We promise not to spam you!

Spender and Saver hates it too. If the communication is too much or irrelevant, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Does the system allow to track progress for more than one child?

Unfortunately the system only accounts for one user. Should you wish your children to have the ability to track their own course completion, you will have to buy a course for each user separately.

Can I create a certificate of completion for more than one child

Yes. If you have more than one child, you can create a certificate for each, but the system only allows for one user's details to be captured. You have to use the following workaround:

Go to settings: Change the name and surname fields how you want them displayed for your child.

Save. Go to the course section. If your children have completed the course already and completed the quiz, you can just refresh the screen and re-issue the certificate of completion.

Where can I buy the paperback/e-book book?

Paperback: You can buy the book or e-book on Amazon here

Based in South Africa - buy the book here

Buy the downloadable PDF e-book here

What ages are the courses for

Foundational Courses: Ages 6+ If your children are older, they may move through the material more quickly, but it’s still essential for them to complete these courses. Establishing a strong foundation is key to understanding more advanced concepts.
Other courses: Will have a recommended starting age to indicate when children are likely ready for the content. However, these guidelines don’t exclude older children—they’re simply a baseline for when kids can begin engaging with the material.
